Due to ongoing growth and success an opportunity now exists to join the Marketing and Product team as Campaign Manager Member Communications.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Member Communications the purpose of this role is ensure that communications projects and collateral updates are delivered on time and to specifications. Areas of responsibility include:

• Manage the delivery of Marketing collateral across all products and segments;
• Manage the delivery of collateral for major campaigns / projects, including Rate Change, new product launches, projects as required;
• Support the Member Communications Team and Marketing as required;
• Deliver communications, retention and cross sell DM campaigns as required across the team.

To be successful in this role you have be a proven experience in marketing communications in a service, finance, or health sector. You will have creative and collateral management experience, including working with mail houses, agencies and other external suppliers. A strong communicator both written and verbal, you are highly organised and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Your stakeholder management abilities along with your ability to juggle multiple projects and conflicting priorities will be the key to your success in this role.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are essential.
