Where did you work before Medibank? I worked as an IBM Intern for 3 years in the Compliance field.
What’s your most memorable career moment to date? At IBM I worked within a team for a number of years to deliver an internal Global Tool to implement standardisation, via end-to-end compliance programs and risk detection within the landscape for Audit Readiness.
What attracted you to a role at Medibank? Working for a company who are inspiring Better Health every day for all Australians, who are also passionate in continuously investing a great culture for its people.
What is the first thing you do when you start a new job? Have an understanding of the business, especially directly listening and learning from its people first hand.
What was your first paid job? Customer Service Centre Consultant to support Victoria Police at IBM during my first year at university.
What do you spend time doing when not working? Listening to live music, graphic designing and enjoying good food with a glass (or two!) of Shiraz.
What is something that not many people know about you? I’ve never broken a bone!
