A stunning canvas, featuring positive experiences from dozens of members, has been unveiled by Acting CEO David Koczkar in the Medibank Contact Centre.
The artwork – by Melbourne-based artist Eliza Svikulis – features nearly 100 messages from grateful members, who have interacted with us through a range of customer-facing channels in 2016 – including the Medibank Contact Centre.
In praising the efforts of frontline teams during the Premium Change period and beyond, David reiterated that Medibank was committed to providing a positive and continually improving customer experience – with customer-facing teams leading the charge.
“I want to recognise the tremendous effort by Jan and the team during Premium Change. Nearly all of our measures improved this year, from 2015. It’s a great result.”
