Building on the success of our recent Q4 TV commercials, Medibank has launched our latest Local Area Marketing (LAM) campaign, featuring real employees from our Retail store network.
The campaign, which features over 50 customer-facing team members from across Australia, is designed to publicise the expertise of our teams and encourage consumers to visit their local Medibank store.
With our ‘i am better’ message resonating in communities across Australia, a special effort is being made to highlight the bilingual service available through some of Medibank’s busiest and most linguistically-diverse store areas.
The campaign – led by Medibank’s Brand & Marketing team, with contributions from Legal, Compliance and PHI Portfolio team members – went live on 22 May, 2016.
To support this message, store team leaders and team members who provide expert private health insurance (PHI) advice in English, as well as at least one other language, are featured prominently in the campaign.
Theo Sarantopoulos, General Manager – Retail, said the new effort underscores that customers can speak to a local expert when needing to discuss their PHI needs – including in their first language.
