Where did you work before Medibank? UnitingCare Community as System Administrator/Business Analyst for their Client Management software.
What’s your most memorable career moment to date? Single-handedly implementing a large roster based service into the CMS. This comprised determining the requirements, documenting and configuring the build, documenting and delivering all associated user training.
What attracted you to a role at Medibank? The opportunity to utilise and expand my skills in a variety of ways with a variety of software solutions.
What is the first thing you do when you start a new job? Hop straight into it!
What was your first paid job? Part-time Coles checkout operator during high school. Checkouts were very different back then, the registers were the old type where you had to enter the price manually, and work out the change yourself! The horror!
What do you spend time doing when not working? Reading (a lot), video games (when I have time in between reading), and hanging out with my husband and two kids. We do a fair bit of camping and four-wheel driving.
What is something that not many people know about you? I sang in a couple of bands in my youth. Don’t worry, you’ve never heard of them, no-one has!
What does ‘For Better Health’ mean to you? Peace of mind; knowing that whatever life throws at you, you have done all you can to prepare.
