Santina Cantelmi, a Customer Service Representative, has been a dedicated member of Medibank’s retail team.
From the start of her journey in 1984 to now, Santina reflects upon some of the highlights of her time with us.
What has stood out to Santina most throughout the years were the close relationships she’s built with colleagues and members. She’s seen young families grow older, as well as children become adults and take out their own membership with Medibank. Santina has worked and adapted through changes such as going cashless, the introduction of Lifetime Health Cover, product changes and new computer systems. One of her key attributes, according to her current team leader, has been her ability to grow and adapt as a team member with the business.
