We’re committed to your development and you will start as a Graduate in our program as a permanent employee.

The Opportunity

What we’re looking for

We’d love to receive applications from Graduates from a broad range of disciplines because we know that whatever you’ve studied, you’ll bring your unique skill set and insights to the role. We recognise that skills and capabilities can be grown through a range of life experiences and we’re simply basing our qualification criteria on the completion of your degree.

Where you’ll be working

We put our customers at the centre of everything we do and this year’s Graduate Program will be in our Customer and Portfolio space. Customer and Portfolio is made up of a wide range of teams, including everything from Customer Experience, Analytics, Marketing, Strategy, Digital, Customer Channels and so much more. Rotating through three areas in Customer and Portfolio during your experience as a Graduate will help you understand our customers more deeply and equip you with the skills and experience to solve real business problems.

So we’re on the lookout for

  • Innovative thinking
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • A strong sense of curiosity
  • The determination to deliver brilliantly
  • A strong connection to our purpose
  • A love of telling stories through data
