Please note that all roles are currently based in Melbourne. Interstate candidates are encouraged to apply but must be prepared to cover all travel costs for attendance at key selection stages if invited.

You are eligible to apply for the 2020 Graduate Program if:

  • You are in the final year of your undergraduate or postgraduate degree and able to work full-time as of February 2020;
  • You have completed your university studies within 3 years at the time of your application; and
  • You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident.

Recruitment process

The initial recruitment process for the Medibank Graduate Program will be managed in partnership with Fusion Graduate Consultancy.

Our recruitment process has a number of steps to ensure we place the strongest and most passionate candidates within our graduate program. Throughout the entire process, you will be kept up to date on the status of your application and if you are unsuccessful at any stage throughout the process you will be given constructive feedback as to how you might better your chances in future.
