  • Strategy & Growth

    We support Medibank’s commercial excellence agenda. We oversee Medibank’s corporate planning and growth priorities to ensure the sustainability of our business. We’re structured, innovative and have customer-focused thinking, knowledge and frameworks. When growing our team, we look for collaborative, strategic and positive people with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Marketing

    Digital innovation continues to drive high standards for what customers expect when it comes to their health. Services need to be immediately available and personalised. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. In our Marketing team, we design and deliver our Medibank Brand and Marketing strategy, supported by market research, automation, campaign delivery, our sponsorships and partnerships, public relations and through our social media channels. If you’re an out-of-the-box thinker with a make-it-happen attitude, this is the team for you.

  • Loyalty

    We retain and reward our customers by delivering diversified partnerships and insurance offerings. Our members deserve to be recognised and rewarded for their loyalty.     At Medibank, we pour our heart, soul and many design hours into helping Aussies connect with their health in a simple and easy way. We create unique and innovative product propositions for our health insurance customers across four lines; consumer, corporate, overseas and ahm products. We’re a down to earth and talented design team with access to the latest hardware and tools to help us produce the best work. We work collaboratively, not just within our digital team, but with the broader business.
