We run a number of Mental Health programs that deliver a range of services including comprehensive assessment, triage and referral, crisis intervention and response coordination, case management and telephone counselling. Qualifications and experience will vary depending on the service but could include mental health nurses, psychologists and counsellors.
In partnership with MyHealth and Medinet we recently re-launched a virtual psychology offering across all Myhealth GP clinics. This provides psychological assessment and treatment services directly to individual clients who may be Medibank Private Health Insurance members or referred to the service by GPs/other referrers working with our partner and other health service providers.
Our virtual psychologists are responsible for all elements of this service provision including clinical service delivery, patient record maintenance, quality management, outcome evaluation, accurate billing, referrer correspondence and reporting.
