What sort of jobs do we have?

We use Agile across the whole business at ahm. We are driven and are a close-knit group, working together towards a common goal.

• Strategy and partnerships

  Help ahm to make better decisions, more often. This team is all about ahm’s overarching commercial and customer strategy. They’re responsible for identifying opportunities in market and using insights and analytics to help us make better decisions for our members and future members.

• Adjacent Growth

  This team is responsible for taking ahm beyond traditional health insurance. They’re all about fresh ideas, quality customer experience, new partnerships, few boundaries, moving fast and thinking big. This team is truly the team you tell your boss not to worry about.

• Product

  We sell insurance. And we know that insurance isn’t the most exciting thing. This team plays an integral role in keeping our products fresh, relevant and useful for Aussies. They lead ahm’s product strategy and discovery of new product offerings for ahm.

• Marketing

  Join a team of creative and analytical thinkers who have above average skill sets and a few below average hair cuts. From content creation to programmatic marketing and more, we’re looking for unique and diverse thinking that will drive real growth on across all our marketing channels and platforms.

• Digital

  Digital is at the heart of ahm. From the straightforward and creative UI, to the challenges of scaling and running a headless CMS and continuous engineering environment. Our in-house team are looking for fresh thinking that will add value and push boundaries.

• Customer Operations

  Our Customer Operations team are a group of certified legends. They’re the lifeblood of ahm. The face of our brand – they’re helpful humans, helping humans – serving Aussies just like you. So they know they’re good with ahm.
